I bought an MP4 and when I plug the USB in my computer there is nothing inside. I formated it and still nothing. Where can I get D-Jix Media LE in order to put music in my MP4?

To download D-Jix Media LE for Windows, you can try visiting the official website of D-Jix or searching for it on reputable software download platforms. This software should help you manage and transfer music to your MP4 player.
I've used the D-Jix software to sync music to my MP3 player, but it doesn't show all of the Album files in the Albums folder; the missing songs are showed in the Local Folder but when I click on any of them, that aren't showed in the Albums folder, it brings up the very first song in the very first file. If I play the first song in the first file in the Local Folder and then I click the back button, instead of going to the last song in the last file, it displays a corrupted name of the last song in the last file (e.g : flo~.mp3), if I click on this file it says "format error". This is a complicated problem, what is the help line number in English please?

On the official website of the product, there is no information regarding the developer and a way to contact them. You can check the help menu inside the program. Usually there you can find contact information about the developer as well as a phone number or an email address.
